What is your least favourite type of cardio?
Probably running, I just don’t like it, for the distance, calories and time, I would so rather be doing anything else. I also am BAD at anything involving hand eye coordination, like tennis, table tennis, rounders, blah blah blah. I don’t really hate them, I just can’t do them, at all.
Do you count calories? If so, what is your daily limit?
Sort of, I always look at the calories and I am aware of what I eat every day. But at the same time, I do count calories, especially when I’m in school. I usually eat between 1300-1600 calories a day, with the aim ti also burn 200-400 calories a day. I aim for a net calorie intake of 1200.
What is your favourite type of cardio?
I would say that I like using the rowing machine and I love swimming, although I tend to slack more doing that, so I use the rowing machine, cross trainer and classes in the gym too, I like body combat and things like that.
Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week?
Okay, so it’s been nearly 3 weeks, because it took me a while to do all of the days, and I had a few interruptions as well.
I am currently 135lbs. I was 140.2lbs on “Day 1”
That means I’ve lost 5.2lbs. I do think that today’s weight was a little lower than I was expecting, maybe there was a little fluctuation. But, 5.2lbs is a lot. I’m happy.
What is your least favorite healthy food?
Erm.. don’t like avocado, I don’t like the taste or the texture.
I also am unsure about mushrooms.

What is your favourite unhealthy food?
Well, I love crisps, and I also love chocolate, especially when I’m in the mood for it. I absolutely love ice cream though. I love fries, and burgers and stuff too. And toast, especially with butter. I also love ready meals like sausage and mash, or lasagne. To be honest there isn’t much which I don’t like! X
What is your favourite healthy food?
I love low fat yogurts, especially vanilla. I also love most fruits, like apples I love and loads of reasonably exotic fruit, like mangoes and kiwis and stuff. I also like frozen yogurt, which is a good alternative to ice-cream, which is one of the best things ever!
Is your UGW in an “unhealthy“ range of BMI?
No my UGW gives me a BMI of 23.0. The healthy range is between 18.5 and 25, so it’s entirely healthy.
Describe your dream/goal body.
Having a flat stomach, one that caves in ever so slightly, with slightly seen abs. Thighs that almost touch when my feet are together, but that have some space between them, beautiful space. I will have collarbones which show slightly, but not so much, enough that you can trace them. My jawline will be defined, I will have cheekbones which can be seen, and with makeup are perfectly accentuated. My calfs will be slim, and will not jiggle when I walk, and will be seen when I’m on my tiptoes or in high heels. My arms will be slim, and will be muscular when I flex them. You will not be able to grab flesh on them, and they will not have fat hanging off them. My neck will be long and slender, and it will not have this weird line where the fat on my neck reaches the fat on the rest of my body. My bum will be round and sexy, it will be muscular. I will have an hourglass shape, and a tiny waist. I will look feminine and sexy, but also like people wouldn’t doubt me in the gym. My boobs will be round and perky, sexy.
I will be slim, but I’ll have muscle definition. I will look sexy, and I will look like I’ve worked for my body, because I will have done.
