Your biggest problem or issue that is delaying you from losing weight?
I think probably two things. I just love food, I really really like it. I love all food, all of it. And I also eat out of boredom, sadness, tiredness etc, so when life isn’t going that great, I instantly gain weight, and even if my day isn’t that great or I’m simply bored I will just eat. Oh, and I also hate exercise, always have. I don’t even feel that great afterwards, so yeah, if it’s going to take months for me to see the results of doing something everyday which I hate, well, it’s not really going to happen.
